You can find the option to change the excerpt length from Theme’s customize section. Follow the steps below:
1. First of all you need to Go to your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Home/Front Service Section -> Service Options -> Number Of Words in Single Column :
2. Now here you can change the number of words of the content to be displayed in this section.
