Hi. I’ve sent two queries to support, the first asking for help with a theme issue, the second a few days later asking for a refund of my theme purchase, since without resolving this issue the theme isn’t usable to me.
I’ve received no response to either query. I’ve used both the online form and the email addresses listed there.
Is there someone else I should be contacting? I purchased the theme June 21, and I know that I only have 7 days to request a refund. (Though if I can resolve my issue I’d be happy to do that instead.)
