Hello,
I have my website set up for a static homepage. I’m adding some testimonials, but I don’t see any option to modify how long each testimonial is displayed before it changes to the next one.
It’s scrolling through very fast right now.

Thanks for your queries and using our theme.
Currently our Theme is not providing this features in default. For now, in order to set the intervals on Testimonial slider you have to customize from code yourself. We recommend always create a Child Theme for modification. To create a child theme check this URL: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
We are using the default Bootstrap Carosoul Slider for testimonial section, So this tutorials might help for you. http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#carousel
