    Access the Printer’s properties: …
    Click on the Advanced Tab.
    Click the PRINT PROCESSOR button.
    Under Print Processor, select WINPRINT.
    Under Default Data type, make sure RAW is selected and click OK.
    Under the Advanced Tab, uncheck ‘Keep printed documents’ if it is checked
