hyperlink “Front Service” separated

Hi all,
I would like to insert an hyperlink for each of my 6 section “Le mie specializzazioni” in the Front Service Section and also for the Slider on the homepage.
I see there’s a button to enable a link for all together, but I want to link each of theme with a specific page inside my website respectively.
Is there a CSS code I can use?

The only other option form me would be to recreate the homepage from scratch with Elementor, which is something I would like to avoid personally.
