Menue does not work when viewing page in a mobile or using a tablet. I also checked your demo sites and none of them can show the menue, all I get is “undefined”. I have asked friends to check and also tested several of your themes and I get the same error. Due to Covid-19 I have not been able to work on my page so I do not know if this i s how it behaved from the beginning or this is due to an update on WordPress. Therefore a solution is not to renew the proversion untill the demo works properly.
I would appreciate some kind of guidance as to how getting it working or is the bundlepurchase a big misstake?
I’m having the same issue. The menu is not functional on mobile devices. I have sent you two emails regarding this, as of today Ive had no response. If no answers or solutions are put forward by end of this week I will instruct PayPal to issue a refund.
Hi Charlie, they will not reply to you and I still have not received any help. They have not updated JQuery. In one of hte latest updates of WordPress it changed but evisionthemes have no made any updates or nothing in a very long time. Demand a refund, unfortunately I paid using my creditcard directly so I cannot do that 🙁 I go at tip to either install an older version of WordPress or try this plugin the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper. It helps with the menu but it is only for ashort time use. I will have to remove the theme as I cannot fix this jquery stuff myself 🙁
You replied with the info I already gave the other person with this problem. It is not a good solution as it results in errors other places. Not only a late reply but you or whoever is in ownership have been using twitter and other social media but not even bothered in replying here or elswhere I asked about replies concerning this matter.
Charlie I am using that already, that is why I told you about it. The problem is I keep getting errors on my WordPress as the older version is insecure.
I dont know I’m not a web developer, just owner. On the jQuery settings page/tab, jQuery Version- choose “legacy.1.12.4” and not “Default From WordPress”. Click save, this worked for me.
You guys really need to get your act together. Saying you get many emails, as an excuse of not replying to mine. What kind of business are you running?
Hi Charly and thanks for trying to help, the problem is we have a multisite installation and I use the same function of the plugin I wrote to you about earlier and it is the same version you wrote about now so the menues do work but it gives errors due to the fact that the JQuery is outdated and should not be used.
I got this solution from a supportive WordPressperson but it should only be used temporarily. Another solution is to revert back to an earlier version of the WordPress where the JQuery is working with the 1,12,4.
