PHP Error calling footer

    My client is complaining about slow page load; Query Monitor has pinpointed a PHP problem calling the footer. Here is the error. Please advise a fix:

    call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method WP_Feed_Cache::create() should not be called statically
