Responsive Not working

    we are in development mode for our new site with this theme – we can’t get the site to be responsive on any page when bizlight pro is active – any suggests for things to check?

    thanks so much – our dev environment is at the url http://teach21learn21.com
    the pages aren’t scaling when in mobile (smartphone or tablet multiple brands and sizes) so you have to scroll sideways to see next that should be stacked.
