There is an error purchase Charitize Pro

I purchased the Charitize Pro theme with an e-mail ( with out creating account ) and not received my theme, it has been 20 hours since the purchase and there is no email regards the theme and i haven’t recieve my theme licence or buy confirmation
( The money was deducted from my visa card ) please help me – please i want the site to send another email or see why I haven’t received any email.
i sent an email regards that and not received any reply.
