Hello,
I used the free version of Charitize to see if this theme suits our purpose. It did. I buyed the Pro version and get the download. But when I follow your instructions for installation I do not see the theme, after I download it, where it should be by following the instructions. I only see the Free version. Do I forget something?

I just found the way to upgrade to PRO. But… At the moment we have already a website with another theme. I am testing with Charitize free with another URL. When all works properly under the Charitize theme then I want to change the test site to the official URL. I have a single website license. Can I change that license from the test site URL now to the official URL later?
