Site/Theme is loading very slowly

    I just activated a site using Chrimbo theme and the site is loading VERY slowly. (Especially when viewed through a mobile device) It hangs once the background color appears and it can take up to 3 minutes to load. I have switched the theme and it loads fine. DO you have any suggestions what I could try to speed it up. I was going to buy the PRO version but i can not until this is fixed.
